4 Day Cape Town, South Africa

Day 1 - Arrival

Arrive at Cape Town, South Africa. Check into The Breakwater Lodge Hotel. Rest of day at leisure. You can spend the day exploring the V&A Waterfront, shopping and enjoying the great cuisine of the Cape. All the tours included in this trip will be enjoyed from hard care customised 4x4 game viewing vehicles. A fun adventure awaits you every day as your guides will go all out to show you the absolute best of Cape Town.

Day 2 - Cape Peninsula Tour

The Cape Peninsula tour takes you around the whole Peninsula, exploring the Mother City in style. We’ll show you all the places that makes this the most beautiful city in the world. Table Mountain via the cable way,* Signal Hill, City Tour - Walk through the Company Gardens, Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay, Chapman’s Peak drive (If open), Boulders Beach - hang with the penguins in Simonstown, Cape Point - where the two oceans meet. Afterwards, expect visits to Hout Bay, Kalk Bay and Muizenberg. Then we round the day off with a pint at a great South African pub in the V&A Waterfront. (Optional)

Day 3 - Table Mountain & Robben Island

TABLE MOUNTAIN: No visit to Cape Town is complete without a visit to the iconic, world famous table top mountain. The Convoy will take you there bright and early so we can take the cable car to the summit. Enjoy the most spectacular views of the mother city and soak in and enjoy the sheer awe inspiring wonder of our world famous, unique table top mountain. We will then take a drive up signal hill to witness Cape Town against the backdrop of the untamed Atlantic ocean with Robben Island in the background, just a taster….
ROBBEN ISLAND: Visit the Island where Mr. Nelson Mandela spent the majority of his 27 years imprisonment with a afternoon on Robben Island. The stunning beauty of the Island betrays her dark past and your visit to Cape Town will be all the richer for experiencing what Mr. Mandela endured to make South Africa the free, open and friendly country we all enjoy today, you don’t want to miss this!!

Day 4 - Wine Tasting Tour

One of the most exciting, fun filled cultural days you are likely to spend in Cape Town is a day spent visiting one of our magnificent wine lands. Enjoy a wonderful day tasting and learning about some of the most beautiful wines in the world. New friends, awe inspiring beauty, and lots and lots of wine are the ingredients to one of the most enjoyable days of your holiday. As ever, Cape Convoy will make getting there an adventure in itself. You drink, we drive, and let the good times roll.
STELLENBOSCH: Explore the picturesque town of Stellenbosch, Wine tasting at a local Vineyard, Helshoogte mountain pass. Visit a Vineyard, where you can touch and stroke tame Cheetah’s.
FRANSCHOEK: Visit the Hugenote memorial, Wine tasting at a stunning Vineyard, Lunch, Cheese and Wine tasting, Opportunity to purchase some (or all) of the wines you have enjoyed.

Relax

There’s no such thing as a time table on the Cape Convoy. We like to relax and take our time! You’re on holiday! No rushing around, no herding you on and off the Landy’s. You want to stop for coffee? We stop for Coffee! You fancy spending longer at Cape Point? Take all the time you need! We love what we do so much, that we are in no hurry to get home!!! It’s YOUR day.
